What could be easier, tastier and healthier than avocado on toast for breakfast? Well, probably a lot of things but mine would have to be this…
1. Halve an avocado and scoop it out with a spoon into a bowl.
2. With a fork, mash it and add a little cracked black pepper & salt to taste.
3. On the hot piece of toast, spread the mashed avocado…as much as you want!
There you have it…a great healthy breakfast that will keep you full till lunch!
Mash it, slice it, have it anyway you like it but most importantly….enjoy it! ❤️
