A Singaporean settling into life in Houston, Texas after 24 years in Europe & a year in China. I am passionate about food, love to cook and not one who is afraid of carbs or calories because I feel that we should not have a fear of food but be able to eat anything we want… in moderation of course, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Without really having a “style” of cooking, most of the dishes I tend to cook varies from Asian, Italian, Spanish to Middle Eastern delights.
